What's On at One Garden Brighton | Early 2025
- 16 January 2025
The new year is here, and One Garden Brighton is ready to welcome you with a packed calendar of events for January and February. From creative workshops to family-friendly adventures and unforgettable dining experiences, there’s something for everyone to enjoy as we kick off 2025.
The highlight of January is our Supper Club, taking place on Friday 24th January at One Kitchen. This month, we’re combining tradition and innovation with a six-course vegan menu that celebrates 'Veganuary' and pays homage to Burns Night. Designed by Chef Ben, the menu showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients with bold, creative flavours. Each dish highlights produce from our garden alongside inventive vegan alternatives. Expect dishes like Beetroot Tapioca Crisp, Mushroom Mille Feuille, and Winter Berries and Pear Sorbet. It’s not just about the food—it’s an evening of community and connection, perfect for kicking off the year in style. With tickets priced at £65 per person (plus optional paired drinks), spaces are limited, so book soon to avoid missing out.
January and February bring opportunities to explore your creative side or enjoy some family time. Monthly Watercolour Workshop 23rd January: Whether you’re a beginner or experienced artist, our guided watercolour sessions are a chance to unwind and create. Led by talented instructors, you’ll be inspired by the seasonal beauty of our garden. Imagination Walk 21st January: Perfect for families, this guided walk is all about sparking creativity and storytelling. Children will love exploring the garden in new ways, with surprises around every corner.
Half-term at One Garden Brighton is packed with exciting activities for kids and families. Craft Drop-Ins let children unleash their creativity with nature-inspired crafts, while Puppet-Making Workshops offer a chance to create their own characters to take home. For little ones, Tango Tots provides a fun and engaging way to explore rhythm and movement. Don’t miss Storytelling with LoopLoop, where captivating tales bring the garden to life. With so much to do, it’s a great way to keep the whole family entertained during the school break.
Half-term events go online Tuesday 21st January.
Our Gardeners’ Q&A Series is back this February, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with our expert garden team. Each session includes a talk on seasonal topics, like pruning, propagating, and vegetable gardening. Bring your questions—our experts are ready to help! Afterward, relax with a cream tea at One Kitchen, complete with freshly baked scones.
