Despite our best efforts, the challenges the hospitality sector has faced over recent years have made it impossible for us to continue operating in a way that upholds the high level of service and standards we strive to deliver to our customers.

This decision was not made lightly, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers and friends who have supported us since our opening. Your visits, kind words, and shared experiences have made One Kitchen truly special.

We are pleased to share that there is no change to the rest of One Garden Brighton

Our existing and planned education courses will continue to run, and our wonderful events, workshops, and gardens remain open for you to enjoy. One Market will continue to operate with our current winter hours. We hope you’ll stop by to shop local products, enjoy a hot drink, or savour the incredible deli food and baked treats from our in-house Bakery.
