2. Offer only applies when you purchase any one adult brunch or order off the small plates lunch menu with a value of £10 or over. 
3. Up to 2 kids eat free with 1 paying adult.
4. Extra portions or trade ups are not included in the £10 minimum value 
5. Offer excludes Deli and One Market - and may only be used in One Kitchen for brunch or lunch 
6. Kids eat free must order from the kids brunch or lunch menu
7. Drinks not included 
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer 
9. We recommend our kids eat free and children's menu for children aged 8 years and under 
10. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer in the event of misuse.
