One Kitchen is currently closed, but we continue to host a range of pop-up food and drink events throughout the year. These events make use of seasonal produce and showcase a variety of local flavours. Details are shared on our website and social media, so do check back regularly for what’s coming up.

One Market and The Gardens

While the kitchen is closed, One Market remains open daily, offering freshly prepared takeaway food and drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy something delicious during your visit.

While this means a change to our regular kitchen service, we’re proud to continue welcoming guests to One Garden Brighton.

Our education courses, workshops, events, and gardens are running as usual, and we’d love for you to come and explore everything we have to offer.
