Conclude the session by immersing yourself in the ancient Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, to rejuvenate your body and mind.

What is Forest Bathing?

Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a Japanese practice that means "taking in the forest atmosphere." It’s more than a walk; it’s an intentional connection with nature through all your senses. By breathing in phytoncides—organic compounds released by trees—you can reduce stress, boost immunity, and experience profound relaxation. Forest bathing is scientifically proven to lower cortisol levels, strengthen the immune system, and leave participants feeling rejuvenated.

This event is designed to adapt to summer showers, with an indoor studio at One Garden Brighton available for yoga if needed. In the event of strong winds or heavy rain, the session will be canceled, with options to rebook or receive a refund.
