Join us on Friday 24th January for our January Supper Club. Held at One Kitchen, this event brings together tradition and innovation for an unforgettable evening of food and community. This event combines the tradition of 'Veganuary' and a nod to the celebration of Burns Night.
Experience a six-course vegan menu designed by Chef Ben, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative takes on classic dishes. Each course highlights produce from our garden and innovative vegan alternatives, ensuring a meal full of bold and delicious flavours.
Beetroot Tapioca Crisp – Baked beetroot gel, pickled golden beetroot caviar
Ricotta – Fennel, radish, mint
Winter Squash – Sage sunflower seed pesto, carrot purée
Mushroom Mille Feuille – Featuring seasonal fungi
Salt Baked Celeriac – Runner bean salsa verde, potato fondant, parsley crème
Winter Berries and Pear Sorbet – Lemon zest crumb
