Herbal medicine is one of the world’s oldest and most trusted systems of healing — grounded in the relationship between people, plants, and place. It offers gentle, effective support for everything from stress and immunity to digestion, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.

What makes herbal medicine so powerful today is its combination of deep tradition and modern relevance. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with nature, make your own remedies at home, or explore new ways to care for yourself and your family, learning about herbs is empowering, practical, and surprisingly accessible.

Our herbal medicine courses at One Garden Brighton offer a supportive space to begin that journey — with expert guidance, hands-on experience, and a chance to build confidence working with the plants around you.
