Easter Weekend at One Garden Brighton
Join us this Easter weekend for a wonderful mix of seasonal food, family-friendly activities, and springtime fun. With something for all ages, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore the gardens, get creative, and enjoy time together.

Seasonal Food & Drink
From 5th – 11th April
Don’t miss our Bakery Pop-Up at One Kitchen, featuring handmade treats from our head baker and bakery tutor at Plumpton College, a chance to try something sweet straight from the source.
On 12th and 13th April
Enjoy wood-fired pizza from local favourites 800 Degrees Pizza, served fresh from their pop-up in the garden.
On 14th - 21st April
Throughout the weekend, One Kitchen will host a pop-up from Need Coffee Bar & Kitchen, serving delicious brunch and lunch dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
You’ll also find our OGB Pop-Up Bar, offering a selection of local drinks and freshly made barista coffee, perfect for relaxing in the garden.
And as always, One Market is stocked with snacks, deli lunches, and drinks to enjoy on the go.
Easter Trail
Children can discover, play, and explore on our interactive free* Easter Trail, running from 5th – 21st April. Designed to take families on a journey through the gardens, the trail encourages little ones to search for clues, engage with nature, and learn about local wildlife, all while enjoying the great outdoors.
*Suggested donation £1 per child. Donations support the creation of future trails and can be made by card or cash at One Market.
Family Activities Across Easter
Mini Music Makers – Easter Themed Classes
A lively, interactive session perfect for little ones, packed with singing, instruments, bubbles, and parachute games.
Mini Music Makers sessions take place on Friday 18th April and Monday 21st April.
Booking required – spaces are limited.
Imagination Walk – Easter Edition
Join Get Creative in Brighton for a storybook-inspired walk and craft session, specially designed for under-fives. A relaxed and imaginative way for little ones to explore the gardens and enjoy a creative morning.
Meet on the event lawns, opposite One Kitchen. If wet, we’ll move into the heritage barn.
Takes place on 18th April 2025.
Easter Craft Sessions
Creative and hands-on, our Easter craft sessions are a chance for children to make up to three themed crafts per session.
Taking place on selected days throughout the half-term.
Booking required – spaces are limited.
Easter Face Painting
Add a splash of colour with drop-in face painting from Orange Purple Face Painting, offering unique seasonal designs.
Dates: Friday 11th, Friday 18th and Monday 21st April
Time: 11am – 2pm
£5 per child, pay on the day
Live Music – Saltdean Jazz Band
Round off the Easter weekend with live jazz in the garden from the brilliant Saltdean Jazz Band, performing on Easter Monday (21st April). A relaxing soundtrack to your day out.
Gardeners’ Q&A: Succession Planting
On 10th April, join our Gardeners’ Q&A session, where you’ll learn more about succession planting and tips for your own garden. The session includes a cream tea, served after the Q&A.
